ZMDM Surveillance – Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: November 4, 2026
Welcome to ZMDM Surveillance (https://surveillance.zmdmitsolutions.com/). By accessing our website, subscribing to our remote video monitoring services, or signing up for our free trial, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services & Non-Hardware Model
- Remote Monitoring Only: ZMDM Surveillance provides active 24/7 remote video surveillance, live camera oversight, instant alert notifications, and hourly status reporting.
- No Hardware Installation: We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or physically install security cameras, DVRs, NVRs, or on-site hardware. Clients are solely responsible for procuring, maintaining, and powering their own existing camera hardware and internet connection.
- System Integration: Our services rely on connecting securely to the client’s pre-existing camera infrastructure. The client grants ZMDM Surveillance authorized remote access strictly for monitoring and asset protection purposes.
2. Free Trial Terms
- 1-Week Free Trial: ZMDM Surveillance may offer a 1-week introductory free trial for eligible new clients.
- No Commitment: Trial users are not locked into long-term hardware contracts, as our service operates on flexible subscription plans. Standard subscription fees apply automatically at the end of the trial period unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
3. Client Responsibilities & Connectivity
- Internet & Power Reliability: Because our service depends on live video feeds, clients must maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection and continuous power supply to their camera systems. ZMDM Surveillance is not liable for monitoring interruptions caused by client internet outages, power failures, or camera malfunctions.
- Authorized Access: Clients warrant that they have the legal right and authorization to monitor the designated properties (including retail stores, gas stations, schools, offices, and residential communities) and that our monitoring complies with local privacy laws and regulations.
4. Limitation of Liability
- Assistance vs. Prevention: While our monitoring team provides proactive alerts and rapid observation to deter theft, trespassing, and loss, ZMDM Surveillance does not act as a law enforcement agency or physical security guard force.
- Indemnification: ZMDM Surveillance shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including property loss, theft, or breach—resulting from third-party criminal actions, internet downtime, or delayed emergency response times.
5. Privacy & Data Security
- All video feeds, cloud backups, and client data accessed during our operations are handled with strict enterprise-grade security and confidentiality. We do not sell or share client data with unauthorized third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes to Terms
- ZMDM Surveillance reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
